Our amazing chefs have devised the new menu which was launched on the 11th of November.
Take a look at the
here, some of the new dishes are;
- Pinch Ball – Homemade deep fried dough served with a choice of BBQ or sweet chilli or Mambos special dip
- Focaccia – Garlic bread with rosemary & extra virgin olive oil
- Funghi Ala Mambos (v) – Sautéed mushrooms in garlic, white wine, chilli and tomato, served with rocket
- Mare E Monti – Pasta cooked with King Prawns, Atlantic baby prawns, onion and asparagus in a creamy tomato sauce
- Diavola (Hot) – Pasta cooked with a spicy Italian sausage, chorizo, garlic, chilli and tomato
- Pollo Mambos – Succulent chicken breast filled with asparagus and wrapped in Italian Parma ham served with home made pesto mash
- Bistecca Filletto Surf and Turf – Chargrilled fillet of prime beef with King prawns and garlic in a creamy tomato seafood sauce
- Bistecca Filletto Mambo – Pesto bread crumbed chargrilled fillet steak with a ginger, chilli, garlic, light cherry tomato and white wine sauce
